Summary
I want to add my voice to the previous negative view to the previous negative review of both the Saker Flash and worldwidevideo.com's customer service. I bought this flash as a backup for my Olympus E-36R. They said they were out of the Olympus, but they had something better. Like a fool I took thid advice (I know, that part's my fault). Get this: the flash had the wrong mount. The instructions had a photo of the "Olympus mount" Maybe my recollection was wrong. Nope, but to be sure, I mounted my E-36 on all four of my Olympus cameras: Evolte 300, E-510, E-1, and C-5060 wide zoom. It fit like a glove. I also paid $169. for mine and discovered also that it was routinely offered at $99. - even by Amazon who overprices all their photo equipment. This flash is no bargain even at the $99. price. I know this because It would slide into the hot shoe; it just fell out unless you held it with your hand. The TLL didn't work at all. I called customer and asked about both issues. They said that the $99. had a differnt waranty, but they did'nt know what the diference was. As for the mount, they sent me to Sakar technical who insisted I just didn't know how to mount it. Finally he sent me back to CS who also said the problem was that I didn't know how to mount it. I said why don't I mail it back and YOU try to mount it on an Olympus camera and when they see it doesn't fit. Then send me the E-36R that I wanted originally. No,there policies wouln't permit that; besides, they didn't sell Olympus products Remember the sales guy told me it was out of stock, but it wouldn't be available for 3-4 weeks. They insisted that I just didn't know how to mount it and I should try again (this conversation lasted about 20 minutes until I gave up) they just wouldn't budge and they couldn't allow me to return it since I no longer had the original packaging.. If I still couldn't do it, I should call Sakar tech support. I'm not sure were I go from here (any suggestions?).
My advise: don't dea; with New World Video -they are disreputable, pure and simple. Don't buy the flash, even at the $99. price; its junk. You will get to see the mystery warrenty, though.

Strengths
Gave me the opportunity to test my ability to refrain from profanity even though I getting screwed around.

Weaknesses
None. 1 star rating only because the drop down list doesn't have a 0 star. Lousy products coupled with sales deception. Lousy tech support. Lousy customer support. Hey presto, a trifecta of incompitence!

Summary
I bought a Digital Concepts 952AF/NIK flash. It was said to have a better rating than the SB600 flash. NOT TRUE--NOT EVEN CLOSE! The flash was defective to boot. I called SAKAR and they told me to return it to SAKAR INTERNATIONAL at 195 Carter Drive Edison, New Jersey 08817
I did. It was sent UPS on August 10,2007 and wasn't delivered until August 20, 2007 (what the hangup was I don't know) I called today (August 22, 2007) to see if they received it. The UPS tracking indicated it was delivered on the 20th. He took all my information and then checked their records and said they had received it. I asked him (Andrew-at least, that is the name he used)when they would ship me a new one. He said it would not be shipped for three weeks. I asked him "why so long"? He said "It is standard"! I said it takes you that long to get around to replacing a DEFECTIVE product. He said "yes, it is standard procedure". I said "Why"? He said "they had a few other replacements to handle first". I said "a few and it takes you three weeks, you must have a few thousand to replace". Dead silence then Andrew said "It is procedure". I said this is BS. You must not care about customer satisfaction. I said "can't you overnight it"? He said "we have no overnight mail". I said "You have very poor customer service and this is BS!
This company does not care about customer satisfaction and it does not seem to bother them that they have so many products to replace that it takes three weeks to handle defective products. Anyway, I would avoid any Digital Concept Products as they don't seem to care about customer satisfaction. This particular product (Digital Concepts 952AF/NIK) is being sold by retailers anywhere from $109 to $225 or more. It is a piece of junk and if anything goes wrong, unless the retailer who you bought it from is willing to refund your money or give you a new flash don't buy it. Well, even if they were willing to back the flash, I wouldn't buy it anyway just because of SAKAR INTERNATIONALS/DIGITALCONCEPTS ATTITUDE AND POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Strengths
This product has no strengths. It is very poorly constructed and came defective. The customer service provided by SAKAR INTERNATIONAL is very poor. They won't even pay for shipping the defective product back much less in a timely fashion. Three weeks is there standard return policy

Weaknesses
Poorly Constructed. VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. DO NOT SEEM TO CARE ABOUT CUSTOMER SATISFACTION
