Summary
Excellent little camera for my use. I am a wide-angle person, so most shots are 28mm. Put in a Superia 400 film, and you are guaranteed with great results. Shot a wedding with it, and its picture quality actually rivals my OM-4 with the 28mm Zuiko. Super-sharp ED lens considering it a point-and-shoot. Excellent resolution and very good contrast. Smooth tonal response with the 200-400 speed negative films.
I love the all-weather construction and spot metering, too. It is definitely a pro-SLR grade camera to fit in my pocket.
It's just a great little camera.
Strengths
28mm f/4.6 ED lens
28-100 range is ideal for people photography
Spot metering - definitely useful in the sunny tropics (long SBR situations)
Weatherproof - shot it in tropical thunderstorms
Weaknesses
100mm F/11.9 ED lens
Weak flash output power
Plastic construction
Minimum focusing distance of 2ft is a bit too long compared to the typical SLR with 28mm
