Summary
I have used this extender in my Europe trip with the Contax 645 Zeiss 210 mm lense. The pictures taken are very sharp, with good color and contrast. I did not see any loss of quality in 8x10 prints.

Summary
Superb addition to the 645 lens line...quality of photos using the TC is indistinguishable from those where it wasn't used. Typical Zeiss build quality too. I use the TC frequently with the 350/4 lens, and occasionally with the 210/4. It also works with the 120 Makro if you put an extension tube between them, even though Zeiss says it only works with 140mm lenses and up. Now if only Zeiss will come out with a 2x TC!
