Summary
The Polaroid Digital Photo Picture Fram (IDF 1030) is a plug nplay and easy to use. It is a 10.4 inch frame with a large viewing area .
However, this digital picture frame is not a durable product. Purchased only 5 months ago, and used only 3 times, the picture frame will no longer read the digital media. Hardly worth the $211 that I paid for the unit.
I would not reccomend purchasing since Polaroid says they only support the product for 90 days. There is no "repair facility" so after 90 days you're out of luck.
Strengths
Easy to set up and display pictures.
Has a large viewing area.
Weaknesses
Not durable, lasted just past the araanty period of 90 days.
No technical support beyond the 90 day period.
No service center for repair.

I have the Westinghouse Digital Picture Frame (DPF 0561), and have used it for over a year with no problems.
Customer Service
Polaroid's customer service was poor and not very customer oriented. Once they determined the unit to be out of warranty (although stilll new), they said "too bad...you're out of luck".
